SO THERE'S GOOD NEWS...AND BAD NEWS

THE GOOD NEWS:

YOUR QUIZ RESULTS INDICATE THAT YOU ARE LIKELY NOT CURRENTLY DEALING WITH COMPASSION FATIGUE.

THE BAD (BUT STILL KIND OF GOOD) NEWS:

MOST HELPERS STRUGGLE WITH COMPASSION FATIGUE AT SOME POINT IN THEIR CAREERS. THE (REALLY) GOOD NEWS IS THAT COMPASSION FATIGUE IS PREVENTABLE!

I'm committed to supporting helpers to do the work they love without putting their personal lives at risk. If that's what you'd like too, then you're in the right place.

In order to get you there, we'll work to get your boundaries defined and increase your resilience. And I'm here to help! First, I'd recommend you read this blog I wrote exclusively for helpers. It gives some information about burnout and compassion fatigue, how to prevent it, and what to do if you find yourself with symptoms.

If you're ready to get started, give me a call, send me an email or visit the contact page so we can discuss your path back to resilience.

P.S.  I'm sending you some additional tips just for helpers, so keep an eye out for those in your email.
