Group Therapy

Group therapy can provide a safe place for members to explore relationships and develop the skills to relate better with themselves, with others and with their emotions. All of my groups have a focus on interpersonal connection and are best suited for clients who have experience in therapy (whether individual, couples or group work). 

At this time, I do not have any groups that are accepting new members. Please contact me if you would like to discuss whether individual therapy might be a fit for you at this time, or if you would like to learn about joining the waitlist for a group.
