Now Licensed in Colorado: Offering Virtual Therapy Across State Lines

Colorado Telehealth therapist

I’m excited to share that I am now licensed to practice in Colorado, in addition to Texas! This means I can provide telehealth therapy sessions to adults and couples living in Colorado, helping clients access support from the comfort of their own homes.

As a therapist trained in trauma-focused modalities like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, I work with clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, relational conflict, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experience, whether you’re seeking individual therapy or couples counseling.

Why this matters: Being licensed in your state ensures that telehealth therapy is fully legal, safe, and covered by insurance. Now, Colorado residents can work with me knowing their sessions are secure, confidential, and aligned with state regulations.

If you’re in Colorado (or Texas) and interested in working together, I invite you to schedule a virtual session. Telehealth offers a convenient, accessible way to engage in therapy without leaving home, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

This is such a wonderful post, thank you for sharing! I bookmarked your blog because I really enjoyed the way you presented these ideas. It is always inspiring to read content that prompts a bit of self-reflection and makes you think about your own preferences and lifestyle. Speaking of exploring our hidden traits, if anyone in the comments is looking for a really entertaining way to understand their romantic or personal energy better, I highly recommend checking out this top or bottom quiz. It only takes a short time, so give it a try and see what it says about you!
